FAQ

  • What should I wear to our session?

In my experience, I feel the best images are captured when we are wearing what feels natural and comfortable for us, and this is usually dictated by the location. For beach sessions, swimmers are not only fun, they’re also the most genuine and true to the location.

If you’re not totally comfortable with this style, and outfits are a must, I suggest sticking to neutral colour palettes, as they are the most timeless. If you need some guidance on what to wear please get in touch and we can go over what will suit the location.

  • I’m keen to get some nudity shots, is that ok with you?

Yes, this is absolutely fine. I find quite often maternity clients are down for semi-nude or completely nude. I love these kind of sessions, they are raw and absolutely beautiful.

To maintain your privacy while we are shooting, I will scout out a spot that we can capture you in your raw feminine beauty without an audience.

  • Do you have a client wardrobe for hiring?

Yes! I have an ever-growing client wardrobe available for hire.

Dress hire is $100 - this is a flat rate that covers cleaning and maintenance of these stunning garments. I have this option available to take away the stress of choosing an outfit for your shoot. As a lot of my shoots are shot at locations like the beach, the client wardrobe allows us to explore our location carefree, and focus on capturing epic images, without worrying about ruining a new or expensive dress clients have purchased.

These pieces are designed to fit and flatter lots of different shapes, while still being feminine and flattering. If you’d like to hire an outfit or two, please add this to the notes when booking so I can arrange some images and hire prices to be sent to you.

  • Do you travel for shoots?

I am based on the Central Coast, however I do travel to Sydney fairly often. If you have a location in mind outside of the Central Coast (more than 30km) please get in contact and I will provide a customised quote for our session.

  • What is your editing turnaround time?

My standard editing timeframe is two weeks. If you require your images sooner, I can fast-track this on certain occasions.

After our shoot I will share a few images from our session for you to view while I edit the rest of your gallery. The final gallery is sent to you as a password protected link.

Please note, while I do back up my work, I will only keep your gallery available to download for approximately 12 months. After this time, your images may no longer be available for download, so please ensure you have them backed up (and then backed up again!).

  • Do you shoot commercially?

Yes! I have worked on brand collaborations and content creation, and I am always excited to work with new brands on creative concepts and campaigns. If you are a business owner looking for some content creation or campaign photography, please send an email directly to hello@erineccles.com.

  • What do we do if it's raining on our shoot date?

If only we could control the weather! First and foremost our safety is of the highest priority, and extreme weather events will be rescheduled. If the day of our shoot is raining or forecast to rain, I will make the call around 2 hours before our scheduled shoot time whether we go ahead or reschedule.

In my experience, the weather has often held off or even cleared up by the time we are shooting. And while I know how much clients hope to get those beautiful, glowing Golden Hour images, the moody vibe of rain clouds are a stunning back drop!

  • Do you shoot weddings?

I do not shoot weddings. However, I do shoot elopements and proposals.

Please get in touch for these types of sessions.
